After yesterday's blinder on the stepper, today felt as flat as a pancake.
Plus I frigged around for too long and it was hot, too hot really.
On the track
30 minutes on the stepper, heart rate just ticking over at 105.
But a good strength training session at the gym.
Weighed 86.0 Kg.
In the meantime stay cool, very cool.
